Unmarked Forged 8" Chef Knife Carbon Steel -Germany 1950's/60's?
Vintage carbon steel chef knife very characteristically German design from the 1950's or 60's.
Blade has been hand forged and hand ground after being drop forged, the walnut handle is nice and secure with brass rivets. This knife has been sharpened in some but has a nice light blade so it is not too thick behind the edge.
Cutting edge of blade is a hair under 8" and the overall length is also just under 13" 5.85 oz
