Vintage carbon steel boucher butcher knife made in France in approx the 1960’s or 70’s with brass riveted beech handle lightly marked in red paint ‘Le Diamant Le Boucher’
Knife has a fresh sharp edge and has not been sharpened in very much, handle had a few cracks that have been filled with super glue.
