Refurbished vintage carbon steel J A Henckels slicer with a light buff and a fresh edge. Blade is very full and walnut handle is nice and secure. Henckels was very successful at exporting large amounts of high quality Solingen made knives and tools before the made in Solingen mark was super widely known.
