J. A. Henckels 5.25” Stiff Narrow Boning Knife Carbon Steel Walnut 3 Pins & Rivet 1950’s?

Vintage / Antique J A Henckels carbon steel boning knife marked 68-5 1/2”, blade is a bit short of that so it would follow that it has been thinned down with a belt sander at one point, the work was done very cleanly however. Handle is a European walnut that has a great smooth feel to it. Always a treat finding these old top shelf Henckels.
