Bottom set marked Au Diamant is from is the early 20th C with forged and welded bolster carbon steel blades, nickel ferrules and horn handles, top 4 are marked Coutaret A Thiers with the image of a fish, also with carbon steel blades, nickel ferrules and celluloid handles, these look like 1920's-30's.
