Vintage 12” slicer knife made for Ekco’s Ancienne Maison series by Sabatier Trumpet in France in the 1950s or 60s

12" slicer made by Sabatier Trumpet for Ekco in the 1950s or 60s with a hand forged after drop forged stainless blade with an elegant hand grinding. Blade is very full, having been sharpened very little; the vulcanized rubber handle (not plastic!) shows wear from use, but is otherwise very secure.
